Real Size PONDOK project

All of us had been divided into groups that consist of 3 people each group..
My group members are me, Sabri and Faris..
We need to design and construct a real PONDOK that can support our weight when floating in water..
So we had made discussion and we all agree to make our own design first then we choose the best design together..

Assignment 2: Model of Geodesic Dome

Today we have need to make a Geodesic Dome use satay sticks and write the progress of making this project on our blog... Here are the steps that I have done for make this project...

First I manage to google the dome calculator that had been suggest by Wan B. during the lectured in the morning..I had choose to make my dome with radius 13cm.. Then I continue by cut the satay sticks into two length that had been given by the website that are 8cm with quantities of 35 and 7.1cm with quantities of 30...

Then I continue by stick the satay sticks that had been cut as shown on the website but i manage to make a little difference in the first step.. In the website it suggest to make the base first but I choose to make triangle shape and stick that together after..This are the photo what I had made...




















The second step I just follow the instruction in the website and keep following with the next steps until the final step...
